Comedy Darbar Team Begins Shooting for Their Debut Film ‘Kakaakiki’ from Bhukdeurali, Parbat
The popular Nepali comedy TV show Comedy Darbar has officially stepped into the film industry with their debut movie ‘Kakaakiki’. The shooting began this Thursday from Bhukdeurali, Parbat, marking a new milestone for the well-known comedy production team.
Shooting Begins from Bhukdeurali, Parbat with 35-Day Schedule
The film’s shooting commenced in a traditional shubha muhurat ceremony at Bhukdeurali. According to the team, the production will run on a 35-day shooting schedule, beginning with rural scenes in Parbat for around 20 days, followed by urban shoots in Kathmandu.
Director Bikki Agrawal shared that the team aims to portray a realistic rural environment that captures the essence of Nepali life and humor.
Star-Studded Cast
‘Kakaakiki’ features some of Nepal’s most talented and celebrated actors: Rekha Thapa, Tripti Nadkar, Diya Maskey, Mahesh Tripathi, Subash Gajurel, Suvarna Thapa and Veteran actress Gauri Malla will soon join the team during the ongoing shooting schedule.

The movie is co-directed by Bikki Agrawal and Shraddha Prasai, both known for their creative work in Comedy Darbar.
