The release date of The Blue Light, a highly anticipated Nepali psychological thriller featuring actress Benisha Hamal as executive producer, has been officially postponed by nearly a month. Originally scheduled to hit cinemas on Mangsir 12, the film will now be released nationwide on Poush 10, as confirmed by the production team on Monday through a newly unveiled poster.
The revised release date sets up a competitive box office clash, as another Nepali film, ‘Muglan’, is also slated for release on the same day.

The newly released poster showcases lead actors Mahesh Tripathi, Arpan Thapa, Benisha Hamal, Shristi Shrestha, and Ayushman Deshraj Joshi. Each character appears with expressions of tension, despair, and vengeance – offering a glimpse into the film’s dark, emotional storyline.
